• This Fast Track series is amazing!

  This Fast Track series is amazing! What I love most is that the information is digestible in a short amount of time without ever feeling rushed. It gets straight to the point, shows the techniques clearly, and gives you something you can immediately go back to and drill without spending hours watching videos. This series covers just about every escape you could need. Of course, it’s up to you to go back, study the material, and put in the work but that process is so much easier when the videos are concise and focused. I absolutely love this series and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their Jiu-Jitsu. I’m already looking forward to more Fast Track videos in the future!

  It's really useful to have so many escapes in one efficient instructional. Very accessible. Normally I'd be wary of one-minute instructionals, but Bernado is a trustworthy source and so this new format is an excellent addition to the regular deep dives.
