Most of this is Maga. She makes it useful for a small size person against a man. Still very useful, even though it’s not jujutsu based

Good instruction. Preview of what Krav Maga can do. More of standing up rather than ground fighting. If you wanna more ground fighting, I would go with Deborah Gracie.
It has good self defence combinations.
It is good quality explanation. And the teacher shows different angles that's good. Maybe it needs to explain the technique of the punches and kicks a little more. This video teaches self defence combinations. The user needs to watch some other video to understand how to punch without hurting wrists.
