A great resource on leg locks
Awesome instructional from a seasoned competitor and coach. Daniel takes you through a whole system of footlocks and heelhooks, including counters and entries. The interplay between (white belt legal) footlocks and heelhooks make it interesting for both beginners as well as more advanced grapplers. Hollands glorie!

Excellent instructional that focuses on foot lock and heel hook dilemmas. For someone who's trying to learn the modern leglock game, watching Daniel's techniques helped my understanding immensely. Slight audio issues aside, I highly recommend this instructional.

Since everyone has gotten so good at defending heel hooks, my finishing rate of leg locks has decreased. However, in this DVD Daniel explains how we can exploit the defense of the heelhook to attack the straight footlock. It's been a real eyeopener for me, and already I've had some success with applying some of the techniques in training. After seeing his run at ADCC trials and the success that his students have been having with the straight footlock on the European scene, I really think their is something for everyone here. Well worth checking out.
