for beginners this is the Best value video in my opinion. Very clear instruction. you already get so much to learn with this and you will actually use it every sessions. I always get back to this video after a session to improve and see what could be done better.

Foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a fantastic encyclopedia of basic BJJ techniques taught by a world champion. The organization of the course is a little hard to follow initially but does follow a logical sequence and structure. I use this more as a supplement to reference techniques I have been taught be may have forgotten some details. Very helpful as a beginner!
