Great fundamentals video
Great video. I like a lot of BJJ fanatics videos but just periodically going back over the fundamentals is great! I like Bernardo’s down to earth teaching style.

There isn't a beginner's series of classes where I train, so this video has helped me get up to speed and has given me targets to think about during class. Especially during social distancing, I'm able to think about positions and concepts. It has been an amazing help! No shipping to worry about with easy online access.

Great series for a beginner, really simplified the instructions and made it so easy to grasp the concepts. Have already started putting some of the moves into my drilling and they're working amazingly. The amount of knowledge gained for the bargain price is insane.

The foundation series is very helpful for a white belt like myself. Understanding the fundamentals is crucial to then building techniques on top of them and Bernardo does a great job of breaking them down at a core level.

Bernardo is very easy to learn from in this video. He explains how certain moves can be dangerous and how to do them properly. I have not finished it yet but I know this set will be a reference for a long time.

I really enjoyed the stuff in this instructionals. A wide, but not too wide for a novice, variety of techniques with enough, but not too much to be overwhelmed at the start, details. Probably, one can find all of these on YouTube, but the most important added value for me was a clear structure that allows one to start with writing one's game plan right away.
