  I haven't been training long and have been at it myself for about six months. the lessons taught here have been a refresher and a review for what i have been learning doing classes. when i first started i was worried about being able to retain the lessons i was being taught in person. these videos cover all the fundamentals i have learn plus are well explained simply so they are easy to understand and can be implemented during rolls. they are a valuable asset to return to when you are trying to learn the little things that make the techniques work. having these videos has been a valuable learning tool to complement all the lessons and training i have done so far.
