This instructional set needs to be in everyone's library. There were some things I did not know that have improved my game. Job well done with these videos.
Foundation techniques to focus on and build off, really useful.
Just when I thought I knew what I was doing.....a master instructor gives details to the fundamentals that I missed along the way. At ten years into the BJJ life, this collection was a perfect addition to my instructor library. It has already served my students well by making me a more detailed, fundamentals coach.
It covers all the basics and fundamentals and more i just wish it was better organized like in takedowns the guard the mount. I like the fact that i can access it from my cellphone as well.
Great teacher. Worth the investment.
It’s a very useful instructional for everyone who wants to have bases and develop a good game in the future.
I hope I could apply this in my next competition!
Very helpful
This is great for beginners because you get a good overview of all the fundamentals. You can make sure you don't have any holes in your game before you try to move on to the more advanced stuff, or just refine the basics and still have a great game.
Direct jujutsu
A great in depth look at fundamentals that will really improve my game.
I actually bought this DVD for my wife who just started BJJ, but I find the dvd useful for my own game (I’ve been practicing BJJ for over 11.5 years). The instruction is clear and easy to follow. I think it has something for beginners and experienced players alike. Thank you Bernardo for yet another wonderful instructional!
Very good if you need to memorize what you see in your BJJ class or you want to be sure that you are covering all the basics in your learning. Some techniques are more for purple belt IMHO but it is good to be aware of them. If you have a training partner these videos can help you a lot
Very helpful!
Great overview of wide variety of positions, controls, submissions, and concepts of jiujitsu.
I email you few days ago about my dvd , i have paid 77 euro but got nothing in return. I didn't received the dvd. Do my rating is 1 start .
The videos are great, and Bernardo does a fantastic job of explaining each move. The only reason this is not a 5 is because I wish it would be more detailed. The moves he is showing are fundamental moves, but I know within those moves there are small details I am missing which depending on my opponent does not allow me to complete the move or control my opponent.
I just transitioned from GJJ to BJJ and the holes I had passing guard and sweeping were covered in a very well structured and simple way. Great knowledge that will make me company a long way to come.
I really enjoy learning concepts of jiu-jitsu. Bernardo Faria is easy to learn from and always does a great job teaching. I had the pleasure of meeting him at World Masters last year.
I felt some things could of been more detailed.
This is a great collection of concepts and moves. Beginning and experienced grapplers will definitely benefit from this DVD.
Definitely worth the money.
Brilliant survey of fundamentals!
