• Great intro to no-gi and new school BJJ

  Started with very traditional old-school BJJ training, then took an 8 year hiatus. Started at a more modern no-gi, new-school, wrestling style gym and had no idea what to do. This video gave me the frame work I needed to finally understand the language of what was happening again.
