Best DVD to build solid fundamentals
As my title says, it’s the best you can get to four solid fundamentals E drill has continual progressions that build on the next one so that you never feel like they’re completely separated. You can add them pause them put them into practice add some sparring to them and still be able to keep up. The coach is very great at giving you detailed instructions and explain to you piece by piece so you understand what happens when things work right? What happens when things work wrong?

I'm just adding kickboxing to my training and I found the footwork described here to be really useful. It's also really great that they show everything from both orthodox and southpaw. Really pleased with this curriculum!
