I've known Rolando for many years. followed him since I was a blue belt and actually became friends as a purple belt. He teaches some of the simplest things that will advance your game far beyond what you would have imagined. Take a look at this a to learn the minor details that you may have missed all those years. Even as a black belt there are still "ah ha " moments that I learn from lower belts. Someone cracks a code to a move that wasn't seen before and it just may be your code to what you were trying to do all along.

As a new purple belt, i get carried away with thinking i'm ready for advanced concepts without brushing up on the most important basic aspects. We can't expect to pass DLR without the basics. Buy this DVD to gain confidence in defending the DLR and to learn the most simple ways to do so. I loved the grip breaking techniques and listening to the importance of body positioning.
