Great video !!! Let’s be honest from the beginning we are told to pull full guard but we all never learn what to really do next so in this video I have learned details on how to attack and a lot of small details I never knew and it’s made easy to understand and easy for a older none flexible person to do. I love this video !!!!

Been training for a few years now and I really hit a wall at white belt, felt like my progression was stagnant. These moves helped me fine tune my guard play and make some serious improvements in my game! Not only was I able to make my guard more threatening and aggressive but I’ve also been hitting sweeps now on almost every roll. I HIGHLY recommend this video and I’m anxious to see what else I can learn from James Booth !
