Pleasantly surprised by this! Josh is extremely articulate on details often glossed over. This is a great reentry into a focused and effective closed guard. I feel like this definitely prepared me to not abandon the position, but have renewed confidence because of the intricacies explained here. I highly recommend and am happy with this one. Can't wait for the next.

Great instructional for all levels and all preferences (Gi/NoGi). You can really understand the details being broken down which should help your game across all landscapes. Josh Definitely provides light at the end of all tunnels by giving a solution/reaction to a lot of the problems we all face rolling with all belt levels. The video will undoubtedly raise your understanding which in turn will raise your game and abilities.
