Great instructional! As an older beginner, I really enjoy using this series together with my son. Bruno explains everything in a clear and simple way. The positions and techniques are presented concisely and recorded from multiple angles, which makes them easy to understand. He often references how to teach the positions to kids, but I find it highly recommended for older beginners as well. Highly recommended!

Professor Frazatto goes over all the fundamentals of white belt should know in beginning the jujitsu journey. There are simple drills and movements to get a learner ready and there are all the basic sweeps, positions and submissions in step-by-step format. I found it excellent and easy to follow and a great refresher.
