  I've been involved in,warched,bought juijitsu videos,sambo,judo etc since the late 90s I have easily over 250 vids and over 75 from this site alone and this is THE BEST instructional on Bjj I've seen yet! It covers the basics very very very well. It gives different angles that explains the move so you can SEE the move!!!It provides all the things that can and will happen and what to do!No I do not know Jeff Curran from Adam.I Train off and on because of constant injuries but this is great for beginners
