Kurt has chosen to demonstrate very effective techniques here. He explains everything clearly and includes important details. I also enjoy his sense of humor. This is a great video to show how to use body positioning—what to do and what to avoid—in order to be effective. As a beginner, I really appreciate learning this material. It's not overly complicated, but it's definitely useful. Great instructional!

The Best Teacher for REAL MF’ers!
I found Kurt on YouTube and he won me over when I saw his honest, blunt yet humble approach to the sport. He is tough, smart and straight to the point. Don’t skip over him because if you do; you F-ed up along time ago!

You get exactly what you expect. Solid gi game and techniques. I think it's good to get the base back in and see how an old-school blckbelt does it and has adapted it for himself. and.... HEY it's Kurt Osiander!!!!!!!!
