  Lachlan has a tendency to go extremely in depth on his videos which really helps you get your moneys worth. I highly recommend this video as it follows his outline of being very thorough. It works really well for watching and building a basic outline of what to do in each position and then coming back as needed if new issues arise. I say this because if you try to remember everything, it just won't happen for most people.
