• A great starting point in your BJJ journey

  I bought these fundamentals course to teach my kids at home. They've started BJJ last November and I wanted to train them at home when there are no classes. These fundamentals are crucial to building great BJJ foundation.

• Great lessons

  I am 59 and have never taken a matrial arts class and have been struggling with learning movements. This series is very helpful and easy to understand. It has made a huge difference in class for me. If you are getting frustrated in class and thinking of leaving, try this series. It will help you undetstand alot of the moves.
