Very impressed
I purchased this video after downloading and using Jason’s other DVD (free) to get into a training routine with dumbbells. I was really impressed with the way Jason explained and demonstrated all of the technical aspects of performing the lifts, even though I have spent a few years going regularly to boot camp sessions. Anyway I’m looking forward to incorporating some of the exercises from this video into my training.

i was impressed with the way that Jason educated us on how to to do functional training, that would help us with Jiu Jitsu. as soon as o saw the video i immediately purchased it. The video has helped me with my posture during training to prevent injuries. AMAZING VIDEO & INSTRUCTOR
