• Excellent & Practical Series

  I already started implementing this series in training. As an older practitioner, this really helps to slow the fast guys down. I had to rewatch the first section a few times to make sure I got the fundamentals correct. It really is a dominant control position for sport and self-defense. I appreciate that this series also covered the various entry points to set up the hammer lock. Highly recommend.
