A basic move that becomes advanced with some important details. The content of the video is great. Also he shows the moves repeatedly from all angles which makes it great for learning but can be a little boring to watch. The twisting arm control (gift wrap) is really a micro-position that needs to be studied in depth. Thanks for this. Definitely 5 stars!

He shows some good tricks to secure the gift wrap and a bunch of weighs to finish. Really enjoyed it. Can put these to use right away. *roughly 3/4 no gi, 1/4 gi.
Easily my favourite instructional! I’ve always loved the control of this position, and instinctively go into this when I get mount. This just opened up more possibilities and gave me a ton of solid options. Everything is well explained, and the details are solid yet easy to remember. Hope Justin releases more instructionals because his technique and way of teaching speak to me.

Super Useful, Fun and Easy to Understand!
I absolutely love this tutorial! It’s an absolute game changer. Twisting Arm Control/Gift Wrap is one of the most under explored tools around. It is often treated as just a step in another technique, but should be treated more like an actual position to defend or attack from. Justin Rios does an excellent job giving clear, concise and useful instruction that can be applied instantly on the mats.
Great and phenomenal instructor. His teaching techniques are just crispy and precise.
Fantastic Instructional
As a somewhat sadistic person, I really enjoy rendering my opponent completely helpless, and the giftwrap is just the technique for that. I learned so much from this dvd series, that I have abandoned the back in favour of the belly down mount.
