Adeline Gray did a great job of breaking down and putting together how to leg lace and how to use your opponent's head and spine as a lever to turn over with maximum efficiency by utilizing bar arms and head traps. She points out the scenerios and the techniques really well and focuses on the crucial point with the proper amount of details to hold a good balance between technique and simplicity. Highly recommend!!
