Mastering leg locks works and hurts!
I watched the entire series, a number of times! I've been implementing a lot of the details especially the old generation heel hook! 10/10, I can't believe more people don't do it!

A Masterpiece of Leg Locks by the Grandmaster
Grand Master Gokor Chivichyan provided an uncompareable instructional of leg log attacks. He gives you leg locks from any spot in the sport. The whole instructional is built arond the principal of follow up attacks. He teaches a main attack and let some follow up attacks follow if the first fails because of escape attempts. You will find leg lock attacks from everywjere as well as transitions form upper body to lower body attacks. He gives you all important alges so that you can catch each aspect of the techniques. He points out really clear what to do and what not to do. He also really shows and promotes tp finally submit by using the whole body. Pure efficieny.Highly recommend!
EXCELLENT LEG LOCKS BUT DEADLY!
All his moves are very detailed and can be easily learned but are EXTREMELY DEADLY!

Leg Locks w/ a Twist
I found Gokor after hearing Neil Melanson referencing him a few times. I loved his spin on leg locks and various grips. You won't find those in most BJJ classes. I've already been implementing some of these and frequently get puzzled looks like.. wow that was different.

Not only are the techniques a little different to the standard leg locks but there's a lifetime of knowledge here which takes out the guess work and tinkering with techniques
