Good instructionals
Loved the “wrestle up” approach from positions where you usually insist for the sweep. A solid plan b for guard players, wel taught
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great instructional on wrestling up from guard
At first I thought this was a pure wrestling instructional, however it is about coming up on single legs, double legs, etc from guard. Garret does a great job explaining everything and how to set things up. He goes over a number of different guards and how to get these moves to work nogi. He makes it easy to work these moves into your game.
Amazing DVD
Professor Garret showed many MANY techniques and principles that help your open guard/half guard/ DLR, and RDLR tremendously. I use to rely on sitting guard and submitting into legs or upper body. With this it added a whole other side to my game to get on top, pass, score, attack, and submit.
