• One of the absolute best you’ll find!

  Years & years ago before YouTube even existed, Matt Arroyo had an email list where you could download his modules for a fee but he often gave out free techniques/half modules and I was lucky enough to get his instructional on guillotines and it changed the game for me. His set ups and finishes are very good, but his details on how to position the choking arm and especially the wrist angle (“what time is it” was the teaching cue) is the best I’ve found, even almost 20 yrs later. That structure has made it my highest percentage submission ever since and I still use his structure to teach it to my own students now. Highly recommended!
