• Brings it all together

  Adam brings it all together in this video with the main concept being the hook sweep. He also incorporates the John Wayne and other sweep options. He shows defenses and counters to the majority of common passes from this position. I attended a seminar a few months back where he showed this exact system, so this is great to have it in my library now for reference.

  I have been struggling with half butterfly for years. This video helped me especially with the basic posture, basic set up. It was a gamechanger. All the moves, all the sweeps became a lot easier once I fixed the errors of the my basics thanks to this great video series.
