Great instructional
If you appreciate details as I do, you will find this instructional helpful. As an older grappler, it's helping me during my rolls to explore the added skills of lapel wrestling. It adds elements that help me control much larger opponents as a smaller female during training. I look forward to the continuing training to master the techniques.
