  Coach Humphreys mentions having won a coach of the year award and you can absolutely tell why going through this course. He covers technical aspects of upper body takedowns (the kind where you control your opponent through the landing--so the kind you want for jiu jitsu) and he does it with a positive attitude and humor. This is an incredibly valuable course.
