the only disappointment concerns MZ's belt - from the first footage, I read "EL ZENGA".... it would have been awesome. instead, it was only a boring "Michael Zenga". for the remaining, one of the cleverest instructional on the site. for seasoned 1/2 players, is a perfect compendium and a systematization of different games (Farai, Leite, Danaher, etc...). It helps in creating a game and go to the essential part of the game planning. for the 1/2 newbies, it's an amazing starting point. it will put you in the condition of purchase wisely other instructional, in the meanwhile giving you a really solid gameplay. it reminded me of rich Byrne's instructional - in that case I was a newbie of that game. a big "thank you" to Mr Zenga for this amazing job.

Professor Michael Zenga combined the most high percentage moves for the most common half guard spots and szenerios you can be in. Furthermore he shares training and drilling tips .He puts together what he got from other players or developed by his own. It is a great starting point or a great essence to focus and sharpen your half guard game. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!!!

Highly recommend it to all my fellow half guard player. Sensei Zenga fixes all the holes when playing the half guard. Not only the techniques but also some wisdom on drilling and rolling he learnt from the big name like Giancarlo and Mikey. This instructional is a great preference for my half guard game.
