  One of the best-value products on BJJFanatics in terms of quality content to price tag. Keeps everything simple and to the point while providing an excellent system for upper-body wrestling attacks- would especially recommend for those who didn't wrestle in high school and want to start learning the stand-up game, as these techniques generally require less athleticism than traditional shooting and leave you less vulnerable to counters in a BJJ context (guillotines, etc.)
