Excellent instructional
High level heel hook tech. Simply presented and as a heel Hook buff I can see for sure that these are all very efficient and high percentage attacks and finish sequence. Only reason I wouldnt give it 5 stars is becuase I would Like to see more dits and more breakdowns which I sure Ardila could provide. On its own merits though, it probably deserves 5 stars.
Excellent stuff!
I'm new to the heel hook game and was looking for an instructional that would give me solid techniques without over complicating it. And seeing that Paul recently won the ADCC west coals trials via heel hook, I was very interested in learning from him. He's very straightforward and provided the exact techniques that he uses regularly in his matches (battle tested). Just what I was looking for!
