  I've trained with these guys, they're the real deal. This new instructional really highlights the sick moves Vincent comes up with on the lower half of the body, really rounding out the hybrid cradle attacks. Ask my training partners, this stuff is painful. I especially love the "samurai" grip tip on the achilles lock. This one is another game changer from the Petrones

  I loved training with these guys at a Scientific Wrestling camp, they are the real deal. Vincent is dope with the leg locks, and that expertise shines in this instructional. This is full of smooth, quick kills. The tip on the "samurai" grip for the achilles lock is such a simple but effective detail

  I own every Blackout instructional, and every time I pick up something new and valuable. Coach Dave and Vin if your not implementing hybrid-jiu jitsu to your game you’ll be behind the curve. I was fortunate to attend a seminar and get a private lesson with them, which added to my perspective on the cradle as a measure of control and pressure leading into the ****. I’m this iteration Vince shows of a lot of slick leg attacks that are functional and precise. Well worth the value.

• Best instructionals on BJJ Fanatics

  These guys are 100% legit. They have taken the wrestling cradle (IMHO one of the most overlooked and under-utilised moves in submission grappling) and turned it into an entire system incorporating takedowns, passes, pressure taps, reversals, thousands of submissions and now leg locks. I have bought a lot of instructionals off BJJ Fanatics, but these ones have added more to my game than anyone elses. I really like the way Vinnie is getting more involved in the demonstrations, it is like having each move taught by two different instructors, with different styles, approaches and tips to share.
