Ok for the basics, but the video and sound quality is decent at best. I'd recommend it to total beginners
45 Minutes of Simple Leglocks
Though everything aside from the straight footlock is still illegal for white belts under IBJJF legislation, it is probably the best and shortest instructional for learning the basics of leglocks before attempting an inside sankaku reverse heel hook years later.
Very Detailed BJJ Tutorials
I actually learned so much especially with the Calf Slicers but how come ther no moves shown about the bicep slicers though which I really would have wanted? The toe holdsand kneebar were also very impressive but so deadly!

Over all I think he is a very good Professor especially with the Calf Slicer but how come he doesn't show anything on Bicep Slicers though? The toeholds and kneebars are so nice but deadly! Over all I give this course a rate of 100000% Excellent!
