Half guard details
The grip fighting details were new to me even being a longtime knee shielded. Kieran is also a very good instructor and breaks things down easily.

It's great how Kieran starts off with the mechanics of finishes then adds context. Each step of the way you can follow along and get to the end point. Very scientific in his approach.

This half guard instructional along with his previous RDLR instructional have been instrumental in modernizing my guard game. I have found a lot of success with his system of guard play. Kieran is one of the best instructors on here as well, and I can't recommend this and his RDLR/false reap instructionals enough.
Inside guard secrets
In my opinion kiernan has the most detailed INSTRUCTIONALS in the game. If you want to improve your half guard I highly suggest buying.
