Sensei Benjamin Darbelet provided a solid instructional on ouchi gari and follow ups for ura nage and to sasae tsurikomi ashi eventually to ne waza techniques. He is emphasising a lot to twist the hips when bringing them in to execute the throw to generate an extra boost. His gripping strategies are based on two on one and getting an underhook or overhook while one hand is on the opponent´s sleveve. The kata gatame section is actually used as a hold and the submission is an ezikiel choke from the back. When you buy this instructional you should know that the main language is french and it is tranislatet by a guy behind the camera in a wy where the judoka speaks first and shows the details of the techniques and then he stops and the translation follows without simultanious demonstration. After this routine you will get demonstratet the techniques step by step and in one motion too from various angles. Recommend it!
