Excellent addition to your library of learning.
Great fundamental technique
As a youth coach, I use this video as a reference all the time to run sessions and give the young athletes a good experience
I helped coach my sons wrestling team this year. I would like to do so again and be able to give him solid advice from high level wrestler. This provided great tips and ideas. The wall drills specifically is something that needs to be implemented. Also the games for practice, some of them I had not heard of before.
Z. E. provided a fundamental instructional on wrestling fundamentals as well as on suggestions to organize the training and how to motivate the kids and keep it playful with solo exercises and drills as well as partner exercies and drills. It includes coordination exercises, strengthening exercises and condition exercises too. Highly recommend!!
Got this to use with my grandson when he gets old enough to get on the mat! Will be a great place for him to start.
This is a good starting point for new coaches and parents that want to get involved with a program. Simple instruction and small range of techniques that are easy to implement right away.
Kids will love these drills and exercises, and they will learn for sure.
Great drills for kids that are getting into wrestling. Also for the parents trying to find ways to work with their children. It's helpful that he has his son in the video for the perspective.
