Pretty good reference guide for the basics. Not long winded, techniques are explained in a concise and clear manner. I also like that most (not all) techniques are shown in contrasting Gi colors and background colors. Only downside is the image quality wich is pretty low, especially when watching on a bigger screen. And also the fact that 186 chapters in total may be a bit much. But overall good value for your money!
Great review materials for handling fundamental classes.
Deep dive into the fundamentals
The first part is packed with drills that not only improve cardio but also help build your body specifically for BJJ. In the other three parts, Renato provides the basics of BJJ with great detail. Extremely useful! As a beginner, I really enjoy this series and have learned a lot. It covers a wide range of techniques and offers a solid foundation for anyone starting out.
Awesome! Very good details explaning common mistakes and correct way of doing techniques.
Basics are the foundation of solid bjj
This is one of my favorite how-to videos for fundamentals, covering everything from in-class warm-up exercises to submissions.
The video is… old, and you notice it immediately from the image quality. Old school instructional, with tons of contents from alla the position. I’m cherry picking the techniques and they’re great… some of useful stuff. Really enjoyed the warmup, with 3/4 exercise i never done
Renato Migliaccio is an amazing instructor. The content is fundamental and detailed. He demonstrates the complete art with concepts and technique transitions. I am very glad to have purchased this video and highly recommend.
