It was refreshing to see a conditioning coach teach how to manage your breath/heart rate and not emphasize going all out. This approach is sustainable and effective for both young and old grapplers alike.
Brett is the man when it comes to a great deal about the strength game. I am a former StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor, and this immediately struck a chord with me. Brett has done it and seen it all in the strength game. For BJJ, I personally think this type of training, along with Pavel's Simple and Sinister is an ideal way to train for the mats, without burning out. Especially for those of us we a few lile on us. Highly recommended.
Great Video Course!
Great workout system
He broke down the program well easy to understand and put into practice.
The warm up is really worth the price, I have trained with him. The cardio plan is no joke, start lighter than he suggests, dude is freakishly strong
I have been enjoying Strongfirst Kettlebell programming for a few years now and Brett's Iron Cardio is amazing. It is 'simple' but not 'easy'. I have been enjoying this programme now for the last two weeks and am feeling fantastic. Body and mind feels excellent and I do not suffer for any muscular soreness or fatigue. Brett clearly explains the programme in a very clear manner. This is a really amazing programme. I'm loving it!

ive only used this program for the past week and i have already seen some improvements in my cardio and explosive power
I've been aware of Brett Jones due to following the StrongFirst school of KB training for a few years, but this is the first instructional I've seen of his, and he certainly delivers in this one! I'm realy enjoying the details and finer points that I've apparently missed in some of these movements. A lot of high-level technique packed into a short, enjoyable video. All grapplers have a duty to strengthen and take care of their bodies, and there's no doubt this course will give you a solid foundation using the simple and versatile kettlebell.
Clear, concise and for every level. No excuses now - Brett covers everything you need to know and plenty more.
Sebastian has such a great complement for BJJ athletes. Flexibility and mobility are such an important part of BJJ. Involuntary yoga is a comical but very true description of BJJ which is why his program is so important.
I’ve been following Brett Jones on IG. I was excited to snag this instructional. It does not disappoint. Breaks every technique down, then shows how to the routine with some variations. He goes by Strongfirst’s idea of minimal, but effective.
Brett Jones lay out the concepts, method and main lifts with the kettle bell. I personly like to train in this way because it doesn´t need much time, you have a good overtake to your bjj and it is easy to implement in my training week.
Having his E book, I can tell you his plans are created with intent and purpose. Training without injury ontop of your Physical Training program while not wiping out your CNS is a balancing act. This plan by Brett Jones is built to avoid this, build strength and endurance without constant failure or over training. Do what works. Keep it Simple Stu***!
