Aproach your game like an Israeli special forces commando. Dominate..stay on top..take the back and ****. This is your land and you are going to defend it and make the guy on bottom pay the price for his mistakes. Shalom
Great instructional for a great cause!
When this instructional by Javier Zaruski came out, I was excited both to sharpen my back take game and to support a great cause (the proceeds supported medical supplies for Israel, my country of birth, in the wake of the October 7 terror attack by Hamas). I really enjoyed the instructional, which followed a great progression through positions to back control, and have already implemented some of the lessons learned into my game at the gym. I look forward to rewatching it to pick up on details I may have missed the first time around and I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their game. Thank you sir for a great instructional that supports a great cause!
