I love his moves!
I love these two techniques: 1. Spider guard to arm lock ( I was able to apply the submissions with ease!) 2. lapel lasso pass ( It's an EXCELLENT COMBO with The Kesa Gatame! )

I have always wondered about Vieira’s secrets to pressure passing. Finally mr Vieira describes this in detail with a voice over, which is great. I really like this instruction and it will give me A LOT of possibilities of building my game! Highly recommended!
