  I'm not quite in the old guys club yet, but I like how this instructional teaches old school control concepts and gives you lots of options for approaching the over under pass. Very good set of setups to have in your arsenal so that you don't have to think too much when passing.

  While I lack speed and exceptional stamina, the over-under pass is the only guard pass that allows me to defeat younger, faster opponents. This DVD shows how to easily bypass an opponent's defense and get into an advantageous over-under entry.
