Thank you Bernardo for the generous gift!
This is a great instructional. The moves are simple. These moves are definitely going to work. So good 👍😊
Amazing techniques. I've always loved defence techniques and this DVD has taken that part of my game to the next level.
Good instructional which focus on linking your position into your escaps/counterattacks and go immediately from defensive into an offensive cycle.
great half guard video
Great instructional . Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.
A
This is a great instructional with practical techniques and content for both the older practitioner and the young athlete.
I struggle with retaining my guard, but Bernardo breaks down a very accessible and memorable system of 4 key moves
The video really codifies the approach to 4 foundational moves. I feel I can apply these to my game.
Being 49 this is what I needed
Excellent stuff
Learned a lot of new stuff for guard retention. Simple but efficient techniques, was able to implement immediately in training!
Very good stuff for halfguard players and older gys like me, who don´t like to high leg and invert.
Excellent very informative
At first glance, some of the techniques shown might seem basic — but don’t let that fool you. This instructional is full of effective, high-percentage movements that work at all levels. There are no flashy or overly complex techniques here, just solid, well-explained fundamentals that truly make a difference. Everything shown is practical, reliable, and adaptable to any age or body type. A great resource whether you're just starting or have years on the mat.
Bernardo shows a very simple and concise system (but yet complete) to teach guard retention. Very useful.
