• Loved the unusual format

  Overall a great instructional, a couple of unusual features make it better than average: - Bernardo's feedback on typical difficulties when learning/practicing the technique, and a 'student' (a black belt - learning never ends 8-) ) trying them out. - Showing the techniques from both left and right sides, consistently throughout the instructional.
