I love judokas' instructional. lot of time I find them more precise (also on the variations). the commentaries are simply perfect!
Great for executing the armbar from turtle top
This is a very focused study of the juji gatame. Neil Adams covers all the main keypoints based on Do's and Dont's At the end he concludes all the details. followed by several case studies. Brilliant material! For all kinds of submission grapplers! The main focus is on getting the armbar form turtle top. You will also find sequences form closed guard bottom. There you have a 100 % focus judo which means they use a lot of leg pendulums to set up the jui gatame. The top turtle part alone is worth it!
