Tremendously helped me with functional strength
I love the amount of detail these videos go into, whether discussing movement or overall training concepts.
Goes over all the basic kettlebell movements in great detail. Comes with a training program which really helps!
when it comes to kettlebells it’s hard to find someone who does it better.
I really like Pavels books on kettlebells so his course is a no trainer if you want simple that will kick your butt
A real good and thorough explanation of all the movements. But other than that, it's just a program that works. Not just for grapplers, but for all martial artists.an inch wide, but a mile deep.
great
good stuff
This is an excellent course. So much valuable information, very well presented. I'm a kettlebell trainer working with BJJ athletes and this course was extremely useful. Great pacing and the summary screen at the end of each segment is really helpful. I have all of Pavel's books and courses, and this is one of my favorites. Highly recommend.
Good for BJJ
I love the simplicity and effectiveness of this program. He breaks everything down so it's so easy to understand and implement.
I love the simplicity of this program!!!
I started with Pavel's "Simple and Sinister" program and moved over to the "Quick and the Dead". So I've been doing kettlebell swings, turkish get ups, and power push ups for about 4 years. It's by far the most efficient and effective workout I've ever done. By focusing on my fast twitch muscle fibers (which are the first to go as we age), I went from being 37 years old back to feeling like I was 25. This happened after I'd already been lifting weights for 2 years, and weights didn't bring back my athleticism at all compared to kettlebells. The video will not show you these programs such as "Simple and Sinister". However, it will show you how to do the movements correctly. I tried to learn this by reading the directions in the books. And I wish I'd bought a video instructional instead. I was doing this wrong for 4 years! Don't get me wrong, it still worked while I did it wrong. But it could have been even better. This instructional video will show you how to perform several of Pavel's workout techniques correctly along with the breathing. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get into kettlebells. But I would also recommend to buy the "Simple and Sinister" ebook on Amazon to learn about the best routine to get started.
Pavel has an in-depth knowledge. Great instructional for training with kettlebells as a beginner.
Best purchase ever. It’s hard to really lift weights if you’re training hard at the same time. Kettlebells are perfect. Not too extraneous but you build conditioning and strength fast! Buy this
perfect combination for those of us who don't have much time for physical training
does what it claims 1: minimalist training ( perfect for busy schedules) 2: Inproves strength 3: improves conditioning
I have been using kettlebells for a long time now and this video really cleaned up some of the mistakes I was making. PS I cant tell if Tsatsouline is trolling or not.
good video instructions to train strength
First of all, look no further. Pavel historically has been considered one of the best in his industry. This video specifically involving the kettlebell, will teach you what’s fundamental- while providing a plan for you to succeed without failure.
Awesome to be able to get kb video instruction from arguably the best! looking forward to getting after this one!
There are many different strength training programs for BJJ but mastering the Kettlebell is the best. It gives you the best bang for your training buck and Pavel is the best kettlebell trainer.
I really loved the info on the turkish getup and the arm swings. Very valuable tips are taught.
An amazing product that not only educated me on proper kettlebell handling, but also fixed my squat! highly recommend this product
I enjoyed the Turkish getup part. Easy to follow.
