Easy and Not Overcomplicated
It’s easy to follow and gave me a better feel for how to actually teach kids without overcomplicating things. I picked up a few simple ideas I could use right away to keep them engaged and learning.

Great, Its a really good resource for teaching not just kids, but beginner adults as well. Josh is clear and concise and the format of Beginner, intermediate and advanced, make teaching in clas a breeze.

I bought this to watch with my daughter who started training about a year ago and it's been great. The explanations are clear and concise and the different levels for the techniques are great to establish the basics before progressing to a higher level. Her performance on the mats have jumped drastically since we started.
