  I bought this for my kids who have taken BJJ for years. They still learned alot of great details on how to prevent headlocks . Probably one of the most common things a bully will do.

• Great thing for parents to teach their kids

  My 5 year old and I have played/trained bjj since he was 3, and this instructional goes to the core of "kids self defens". I hope to cover it more in a couple of years. that headlock is something youd want your kids to be able to handle.

  Short and crisp. I think it was an valuable dvd. Since I've been teaching kids classes for year it gave me some "new old" ideas. Also the way Firas teaches is interesting... At least for me. In my opinion the content is easily applicable to any class you may teach in your club.

  It is very hard to find material better than this for kids. Prof. Zahabi teaches MMA to the top in the MMA world today, and so to have him focus his attention on kids' self-defense is a very special gift. For those who have seen his teachings, you will not be surprised that the content is excellent. I have a boy and two girls. When I saw that Prof. Zahabi had put this together, I bought it right away...
