Greg Nelson is like a enciclopedia of martial artes. Good details and stuff that really works, for Gi and Nogi. I ve been adding the concepts on my game since day one.

first time i see such a good adaptation of the greco game for bjj. loved it. the belt control or the deep underhook are great, wait to try his entries.

Just from watching the first dvd I went out and successfully implemented a lot of the techniques the next day.This dvd is a game changer, I never realized how systematic you could make the underhook approach in the gi.

Greg is truly an amazing Martial Artist and Coach and is one of the most knowledgeable people I have every met in my life and I have been training for almost 30 years. Believe me, you will learn a ton of helpful and insightful information, techniques and concepts from this. I HIGHLY recommend getting this and be ready to take some good notes too.
