Good just don't expect too much
It's not entirely clear from the title what this one is, but it's essentially Alan's approach to guard passing, it makes sense and you can see how it's effective but not massively detailed, and I was hoping for more submission options that can be set up from the guard pass as this is what I thought the instructional was about. But it is good, just not fantastic in my opinion.
Be ready to level up!
Incredible techniques, simple and very effective! I can apply them during sparring, my level has really increased thanks to this DVD! Thanks a lot! I recommend it 100%.

I am a purple belt and those technics were very useful for me! great explanations, great technics! I had some issues with passing guard against higher belt.. all is in the details and this long video for sure helped me! I recommend it whatever your belt is ! Don't hesitate! Now, it's my turn to practice it on the mat!
