Great tips, directly implementable, lots of jokes as a bonus
Very informative I liked it
Simple and great instruction with Humor. Loved it!
Love the humor of the guys, so many small yet important details explained in a lighthearted manner, very easy to follow.
The standing Kimura has become a go to defense for me, allowing me to not only easily break a standing seatbelt grip but turn that defensive maneuver into either a reset or instant offense.
Great instructional and Craig Jones made it even more funny
Clear instruction and was fun to watch.
good solid detail with a carefree nature to the applications, classic sakuraba
Great to see another perspective of grappling through the eyes of a catch wrestler. Detailed and useful for all grappling arts.
Hit simple yet effective Kimuras from everywhere.
I would love it To be longer, so much useful info. Bernardo and Craig help turn this cool instructional in to something incredible
Although Sakuraba doesn't speak English the solution found works fine. Having Craig and Bernardo there is a giant plus. Great content and very easy to watch.
One of the best instructionals I've ever seen. Sakuraba is an amazing instructor! Had some goods laughs as well. Sad to see it finished. Hopefully we get to see more of sakuraba. Thank you for the amazing instructional!
Not a lot of content around kimura as such, but entertaining and additional wrist locks can be interesting even is not very common in gyms.
I loved Sakuraba's jokes in-between showing lots of small yet essential technical details. He has nothing to prove, everything is straight to the point and directly applicable. If you're into kimuras, this instructional is a must.
Excellent instructional, would have been better to have the automatic translation to English or subtitles
so many details. glad I found this one
Craig, Bernardo, and Sakuraba are comedy gold as a group. Most entertaining instructional I've seen.
Great technique here. And good to see Craig Jones getting in on the action too.
great details
Really looking forward to starting to implement more kimura's in my game. Having a translator took some getting used to, but worth it to learn from Sakuraba himself! Having Craig and Bernardo there made it all the better!

Hitting kimuras, using them to land in side control and even armbars
always love techniques from the Gracie killer
I found this most useful as a supplement to Josh Barnett's Double Wristlock video. It's assistant that Sakuraba has, at least in part, a catch wrestling background. I wish I understood Japanese, but the translator was very good. All of the videos were good, with the first three being the best and most usable. For some reason I had difficulty implementing almost everything in the last (fourth) video. When trying them at the gym I go to, I wasn't very successful. Though I'm hopeful that after a couple more viewings, I'll understand them better and be more successful. Overall, a good set of videos with Sakuraba-San, Bernado Daria, and Craig Jones.
