Watch craig jones and bernardo fan boy out to the man the myth the legend - Sakuraba. Sakuraba doesn't speak english and the translator is ok. The real value is having two great fighters ask him detailed questions and try his moves out. Honestly it's a great format to teach...when done correctly.
Amazing!

This instructional is pretty amazing. Sakuraba teaches details about the Kimura I have never seen before and the focus makes all the difference. This went from a submission I never used to one of my favorites.

Be a Sakuraba!
Great instructional. Sakuraba is a genius and his understanding of the body mechanics are incredible. Some of the best details on kimura I have ever seen. And on the top, the interaction with Bernardo and Craig is a real value in deepening the concepts. Also the wrist lock part is innovative, with a lot of movements never shown by others

This instructional video is sneaky in how informative it is- Sakuraba teaches some veteran details about opening up kimura attacks from the top, transitioning from kimura to armbar attacks, sneaky wrist attacks which can be effective in themselves but also assist in finishing upper body attacks, and a lot more. It is also a great watching process because you watch how Bernardo and Craig Jones learn the techniques and implement their own details - particularly one part where Craig dissects an attack from kimura trap. It is definitely well worth the price as well as well worth the time for multiple watches. Short but very content dense.

With the pandemic and a busy schedule keeping me from getting to train in person as often as I'd like, I love the option of on-demand training by one of the best! The smaller details and step-by-step breakdowns have my wife and kids getting caught in kimuras far more often than they've ever imagined! I can't wait to get back on the mat and put this to use!

Kimura/Double-Wrist Essentials
Amazing content. Many of the details shown in this instructional I have never seen before. It really improved my understanding of the Double-Wirst lock. The focus of this instructional is on the double-wirst lock/Kimura itself and how to finish a fight with this technique, so only few follow-up techniques are taught. However, the details on how to get the grip and break defencive reactions will make follow-up techniques mostly obsolete. Highly recommended

A video from Sakuraba covers some intricacies of kimuras I've not seen anywhere else. You still need to drill what is in the video. A very worth while video. Just surprise your training partners then show them this. They will appreciate this video on kimuras. Extending the joint before rotation is important. Go slow and you hardly need to rotate for the tap. If you are slow and controlled there is no space for then to escape. Be careful with people that spazz when caught in submissions. A locked in kimuras vs a spazz white belt is not a good thing. Highly rated five out of five video, well worth the price.

Be warned! This is nothing like pretty much any other video I have ever seen. Someone is translating, it’s maybe not as structured as some others and there’s someone with a Lucha mask involved. All that said, if you can get past that, Sakuraba delivers some great insights — and shows a remarkable sense of humor — in this unique video. It’s not for everyone, most likely, but those who approach this video with an open mind will get some great new ideas for the kimura.
